Usage:

Use this duo-phase eye makeup remover prior to cleansing. Shake well before use. Apply small amount to cotton pad. Hold cotton pad over closed eye for a few seconds. Gently remove eye makeup. Follow with the TrueTouch® Skin Care cleanser that best suits your skin type.
