TLC™ Cleansing Lotion helps hydrate and
cleanse dry, delicate, or mature skin. A mild and moisturizing facial skin
care for normal skin types or for those preferring a lotion cleanser
without the potential health risks from mineral oil or propylene glycol.
Usage
Apply a generous amount of TLC™ and massage over face and neck. Remove
with a moist washcloth. For heavy mascara, repeat process.
