of any kind is required to receive wholesale prices on Neways products
from our website. However, we do offer (upon your request) to
set you up with a Neways membership free of charge. Click here for information

Policy
In general, Neways only
allows product exchanges rather than refunds on returned products.
If you are dissatisfied with
the quality of the Neways products that you order from us,
we will arrange for Neways to exchange the items for items of equal
value. Neways also charges a 10% restocking fee.

us after hours, we will get back to you. If you need answers to
questions, we will do what we can to make sure that you have all the
information that you need. Your satisfaction and better health are
