 The practice of sun tanning to improve the
skin's appearance has become a popular custom. As today's sun lovers
prolong their stay in the sun, they frequently over-expose their skin to
damaging UV radiation. Although bronze skin is often the result of
tanning, so are wrinkles, leathery skin, premature aging, and even skin
cancer.
Now you can avoid the potential hazards of
too much sun while you enjoy a healthier-looking tan. Great Tan is
an indoor and outdoor tanning lotion that works with your skin's own
natural pigmentation to darken the skin with or without sun.
Great Tan is formulated without
artificial dyes or colors that create the "fake tan" look
typically produced by most tanning accelerators on the market. Great
Tan uses a special ingredient called Dihydroxyacetone (DHA), works
with melanin in the skin giving the skin its tanned appearance without the
harmful UVA or UVB rays. Great Tan also has a sun protection factor
(SPF) of 10, although we recommend Sunbrero (SPF 30), our sun block
product for complete sun protection.
Great Tan may provide even skin tone
coverage, moisturize the skin and allow it to respire at the same time. If
you normally achieve a very dark tan with the sun, you may achieve one
using Great Tan, as well.
Usage
Apply to the clean skin and rub in thoroughly. Use once or twice a day
until desired tan is achieved, then once every three days to maintain.
ALWAYS WASH HANDS THOROUGHLY AFTER USING GREAT
TAN.
For washing hands: Use 1st
Impressions Cleanser, Extra Gentle Cleanser, or Refresh Bath and Shower
Gel to cleanse the hands.
Do not use with Lightening.
Lightening will work against Great Tan. One is designed to darken
the skin. The other is designed to make it lighter.
Complementary Products
For the most effective results, use Bio-Mist
Activator after applying Great Tan. Great Tan may be
used with all of the Sun Care products.
