FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ANSWERED
- You must submit a valid email address and a phone number when ordering because this is the way you will
receive notification and tracking information and the way we will contact you if there is a problem with the order you place.
- Prices are subject to change,
without notice. If you do order a product that the price has changed on, our standard procedure is that we will contact you to make sure you still want the product at the newer price.
We will not submit your order without you authorizing this change.
- Applicable taxes and shipping are computed when your order is processed by Neways. We use a basic shipping charge $10.95
on the site but Neways may compute a lower or higher shipping charge. This is based on where the package is shipped to and the size of the order. The charge will be noted
on the invoice in the package. Usually most packages are shipped by UPS $10.95 at so that is why we use that figure. If you use a P.O. Box your shipping will
sometimes be higher than this so please use a street address. Also, specify if you have an apartment, as in "apt" and then the number.
- If you order a product that is temporarily out of stock we will contact you to let you know this. We will also ask if you wish to submit your order for the rest, if any, of the products
you order at this time. This is our procedure to make sure you authorize any changes to an order. You can also wait on your order until the product is in stock in order to save added shipping charges. We would notify
you when the product is back in stock so you can resubmit the entire order then.
- Weekend orders are processed on the first business day - this icludes Holidays! If your order is placed during a Holiday then your order
will be processed on the first business day after the Holiday.
- Shipping by ground usually takes 5 to 7 days.
- If, for any reason, the shopping cart is not working we will state this on the front page of the site. You may contact us via email or by phone to arrange for us to contact you during this time
so we can manually submit your order. (Never send payment information via email!)
- If your order is submitted with incomplete information we will contact you first via email and then, if no response, by phone to verify that you wished to place the order. We can take your
payment information over the phone to complete the order if you do not feel comfortable submitting this information online. Please state that you wish to be contacted regarding this in the
comments section of the order form.
- If you need to contact us, regarding your order, please do not respond to the order email
address; use the contact email at the bottom of this page. The order email address is a non-response email address and we cannot reply using that one. Please make a
note of the contact email.
- We do not take orders outside the USA or ship overseas. If you are located elsewhere than the USA you may contact us to find out where to find a Distributor in your particular country.
