Description |
 EFA
Recovery Plus® features a variety of essential fatty acids from fish,
safflower, flax seed, and evening primrose oils. EFA Recovery Plus® helps
maintain already normal blood cholesterol levels, cardiovascular function,
oxygen utilization, and brain development in children. In addition,
EFA Recovery Plus® contains Alpha Lipoic Acid, an antioxidant that
functions in both a watery and fatty environment within the body. Alpha
Lipoic Acid also assists the body in utilizing glycogen for greater energy
needs.
Usage
Take 3-6 softgels daily depending on body weight and workout intensity.
