We have also added a catalog purchase page to the store for those who have requested one (see a-z list where it will be located at the top of the list of products). PLEASE -- Do not call on weekends or before 9 am pacific standard time. Our office hours are 9 am to noon weekdays only. This is because I also work a night job and people have been waking me up at 5 am some mornings!! You may also just use the contact email at the bottom of this page to contact me.

This site is strictly USA sales only. Please do not write asking if we ship to other countries or order from the site if you are in a different country. Neways USA does not ship outside the USA and neither does our distributorship. This is also stated in the Frequently Asked Questions Answered area of our site.

If you need to contact us, regarding your order, please do not respond to the order email address; use the contact email at the bottom of this page. The order email address is a non-response email address and we cannot reply using that one. Please make a note of the contact email.
